This role supports Vice President, Communications - Greater China & Mongolia as well as provide some support to Hilton China Communications team.

What will I be doing?

As Administrative Assistant, Communications - Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide administrative support to Vice President, Communications - Greater China & Mongolia on daily routine work

• Managing diaries and organizing meetings, appointments, and travels

• Organizing team events

• Translation, compiling and preparing reports and presentations. Conduct research where applicable

• Support VP managing team budget, tracking and report.

• Support media events as required.

• Minimum Education: BA/BS/bachelor’s degrees

• Excellent English proficiency

• People person, have basic understanding of communications function and how media works

• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

• Tact and diplomacy

• Communication skills

• Proactive with good problem-solving skills

• A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
