The Administrative Assistant, Finance - Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) will work closely with Vice President Finance, Regional Finance Directors; to provide administrative support and manage the logistics for GCM Finance and Corporate Finance programs and activities.

What will I be doing?

As the Administrative Assistant, Finance - GCM, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provide administrative support to VP Finance, GCM on daily routine work
  • Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments
  • Coordination of travel, accommodation requirements
  • Compiling, consolidating, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Regional Director, Finance on related corporate projects and regional initiatives, data consolidation and initial analysis
  • Managing GCM finance databases and filing systems, keeping records most up to date
  • Organizing corporate activities, celebrations, events and conferences, such as finance conference, regional meetings and workshops, ADOF / LS meeting, ex-Hilton reunion program, etc.)
  • Other tasks / projects as required

  • Minimum Education: BA / BS / Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience of administration or personal assistant work is required; Experience in hotel operations or hotel finance is preferred
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and written in Mandarin and English to meet business needs
  • Ability to initiate and direct collaborative efforts of multiple teams throughout the organization, including internal resources and external resources.
  • Strong detail-orientation
  • Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Proactive with good problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
