Job Description
Job Purpose: Perform secretarial duties and provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Culinary Operations. Screen calls and receive visitors. Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations. Ensure the smooth overall operation of the Kitchen Administration office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform secretarial duties for the Director of Culinary Operations, including preparing correspondence, screening telephone calls, and organising appointments
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials and minutes for the Director and chefs
  • Assist with coordination and communication between the Chinese and Western kitchens
  • Support the chefs by monitoring office supplies and inventory levels
  • Manage files, reports, letters, memos and other relevant business documents, and maintain the filing system of the Kitchen Administration office

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ secretarial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Knowledge/Certificates: Excellent calendar management experience
Education: Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or Communications an advantage
Language Ability: Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Chinese and English)
