Job Description
Job Purpose: Perform secretarial duties and provide administrative and clerical support to the Learning & Advancement Directors. Screen calls and receive visitors. Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform secretarial duties for the Learning & Advancement Directors, including preparing correspondence, screening telephone calls, and organising appointments
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials and minutes
  • Assist with coordination and communication between the department and end users
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory levels
  • Receive visitors courteously
  • Manage files, reports, letters, memos and other relevant business documents
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in mass orientation and other training programs

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Knowledge/Certificates: Excellent calendar management experience
Education: Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or Communications an advantage
Language Abilities: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Chinese and English)
