Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist in facilitating the communication among various parties;
  • To assist in organizing periodical visits to hospitals, NGOs or clinics;
  • To update the promotion pamphlets and association’s website, fax on demand system and notice board;
  • To assist in organizing various recreational/ volunteers activities such as International Nurses Day Celebration, Christmas Party, exchange tour/ camp for members;
  • To handle enquiries and complaints;
  • To assist in the daily operations and logistics of the department, including counter services;
  • To update and maintain the membership databases;
  • To assist in promotion of membership to potential members;
  • To be responsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • To assist in the logistic arrangement of the correspondence committee meeting including meeting coordination, preparing agenda and taking minutes;

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Social Science, Public Relations or relevant discipline;
  • Experience in project coordination and activity planning is preferred;
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, independent and a good team player;
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime;
  • Good command in English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing; 
  • Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator would be an advantage;
  • 1-year relevant experience will be an advantage.
