SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE
Teaching and Research Division
Major duties include:
- to provide administrative and operational support to the Division’s teaching and research-related activities;
- to be responsible for curriculum-related and admission duties;
- to organise various recruitment and student activities as well as school events;
- to handle students’ enquiries;
- to coordinate research grant applications and support research postgraduate administration;
- to liaise with internal units and external bodies; and
- to perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- a Bachelor’s degree;
- at least one year of relevant work experience;
- a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- proficiency in computer software applications;
- meticulous, attentive to details and able to handle multi-tasks; and
- a self-starter and team player with a keen interest in working with people of different cultural backgrounds.
The appointee will be required to work on weekends and/ or public holidays.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
