Job Description

 

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Perform receptionist duties at main entrance of the Company
  • Arrange meeting rooms booking and necessary preparations as required
  • Handle telephone calls and greet guests / visitors in a well manner
  • Manage distribution of incoming and outgoing mails and courier delivery
  • Assist in providing support on daily administrative issues such as stationery ordering, pantry daily consumption, office supply and equipment maintenance, etc
  • Handle other administrative duties as required 

 

Requirement:

  •  Form 5/DSE holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good telephone manner, cheerful with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with teams
  • Detail minded, willing to accept new challenges, and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in using MS Office application such as Word and Excel
  • Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
