Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Perform receptionist duties at main entrance of the Company
-
Arrange meeting rooms booking and necessary preparations as required
-
Handle telephone calls and greet guests / visitors in a well manner
-
Manage distribution of incoming and outgoing mails and courier delivery
-
Assist in providing support on daily administrative issues such as stationery ordering, pantry daily consumption, office supply and equipment maintenance, etc
-
Handle other administrative duties as required
Requirement:
-
Form 5/DSE holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
-
Good telephone manner, cheerful with excellent communication skills
-
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with teams
-
Detail minded, willing to accept new challenges, and able to handle multi-tasks
-
Proficiency in using MS Office application such as Word and Excel
-
Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
