Job Description
Requirements
- Diploma or above with 2-3 years of reception / airline / customs services experience
- Good telephone manner is essential
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide general reception duties, including but not limited to greeting visitors, handling telephone enquiries, meeting room reservation and logistics arrangement
- Provide office administration support such as placing stationery orders, arranging delivery and courier services and handling documents;
- Provide secretarial support to management to ensure the smooth and effectiveness of office routine work and assist in projects as required
