Rixos Qetaifan Island North

Opening in 2022, Rixos Doha Qetaifan will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with waterside retail, café & restaurant units encompassing 12,300 m² of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s waterpark attraction The Icon Tower, the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres in height.

 

Administrative Assistant - Retail 

Provide admin support to the team leasing the waterside retail, café & restaurant units in this amazing and vibrant community.

What you will be doing:

• Providing admin support and assistance to the in-house leasing team
• Deal with incoming inquiries by phone and in-person
• Contact prospective retail tenants by email and phone.
• Maintain CRM system and contact databases.
• Conduct site visits accompanying prospective tenants.
• Assist with advertising and promotion.
• Represent the company at public events.
• Maintain a diary for the Team.
• Office general administration, such as filing and maintaining CRM etc.
• Provide leasing support, liaising with prospective tenants and owners.

 

Your experience and skills include:

• Ideally previous experience of retail leasing.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Arabic Speaker will be preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Excellent people skills.
