  • >ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Provide Expense Report Support
  • Support various meetings including taking meeting minutes, action tracking, booking conference rooms, arranging audio-visual equipment details and meals, printing of the required documents
  • Provide support to national trade show and event
  • Draft correspondence, memos or agendas
  • Provide travel support to office staff and customers if required
  • Provide other administrative support for the office
  • Work on special projects as needed.

  • >REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3 years’ administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Able to work audio /video conferencing systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars.
  • Willingness to go beyond what is expected, able to help different departments if asked.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, able to accomplish tasks with minimal direction and supervision. Must be able to operate effectively with minimal direction.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to prioritize work load, projects.
  • Can do attitude, no task is too small.
  • Able to get along with everyone, team player.
  • Excels in fast pace environment.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability for problem solving
