In this role responsibilities include but not limited to:
Calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines, booking complex travel, managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters and managing expenses
Prepared to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties
Demonstrates strong accuracy and attention to detail, while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department division, such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, email/phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs
Strong experience working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems
Supports general/office administrative activities with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, food orders, onsite needs, Conference Room coordination, generating shipping memo, etc.)
Assists in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, face to face, etc.: plans and organizes meetings and off sites, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics
Additional duties include managing department recognition, taking meeting minutes and short-term SharePoint, wiki or excel based projects for tracking
Work closely with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs

Qualifications
Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

These skills shortage roles are typically STEM contributing positions requiring a Master's or PhD degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with three years’ related job experience. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a High School or Equivalent degree.
3+ years of experience in
Administrative support/assistance
2+ years of experience with
Office software applications (ex. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Travel itineraries
Calendaring/scheduling
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as administrative support/assistance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office 365
Previous/current experience working at a semiconductor or high-tech company
Experience with SharePoint and/or Atlassian Confluence as well Concur
Domestic/international travel arrangement experience

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
