Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Associate (Part-Time) to help our after-sales team. You will be an integral part of the sales administration and property management team that provides excellent after-sales service.

Job Scope

  • Assist after-sales team from sales administrative support to property management and leasing, checking all move-in paperwork and inputting data daily
  • Provide a full range of sales administrative support with a high level of accuracy and proficiency
  • Preparing and filing all documents, including shipping document, sales record etc
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in sales support, operations or customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
  • Fluent written and spoken in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
  • Well-organized is essential, detail-minded, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment, as well as work to strict deadlines
  • 5 hours per day, a total of 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
