Responsibilities
1. To perform reception duties such as greeting boss and guests, handling incoming calls and mails, greeting visitors, dealing with courier matters, etc.
2. Admin support and maintain office equipment inventory, pantry sundry item, stationary, office supplies and cleanliness of the office by service provider.
3. To perform ad hoc assignment/tasks and outdoor work may required
Qualification Requirements
1. Form 5 or Diploma above with 1 – 3 years experience
2. Proficient in all common PC, MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
3. Good interpersonal skills, polite and effective communication skills in both fluently spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
4. Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
5. Independent and responsible
