Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company's comprehensive administrative affairs, including renewal of license, facilities and equipment management for office and retail chains
- Provide admin support on related projects, e.g. renovation, maintenance, as well as new shops development from planning, managing & monitoring to completion
- Assist to review and enhance internal admin procedure and workflow for improving the department efficiency and productivity
- Work with contractors and ensure their performances to company standard
- Perform general office admin matters to meet business unit's needs.
- Handle all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails, greet guests / visitors
- Assist to ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline or related working experience
- Fresh Graduate welcome
- Cheerful, Excellent communication skill, well-organized, result-oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available will be highly preferred
