Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • General clerical duties, including data input, filing, etc
  • Provide clerical support to the operations team
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements

  • F.5 or above, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Fluency in computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and Chinese word processing
  • Some relevant working experience is preferable
  • Some exposure in handling Employee Compensation insurance policy is preferable
  • Well-organized, able to meet tight deadlines, positive attitude and good sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is preferable
