Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering
- Provide general administrative support to the Administration Manager and the Company
- Outdoor works : including delivery of documents, banks and post offices
- Handle clerical duties including data input and filing
- Handle ad hoc duties if required
- 協助採購辦公室用品,如文具等用品訂購
- 向行政經理和公司提供一般行政支持
- 戶外工作:如交付文件,銀行和郵局等
- 處理文書工作,包括數據輸入和歸檔
- 按要求處理特別任務
Job Requirement:
- F.5 standard with at least 3 years' experience in handling outdoor duties and internal office set up matters
- Attention to details with good numerical sense
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Self –motivated, responsible and independent
- Familiar with MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
- Fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- With relevant working experience in legal firm
- Familiar with the streets in Hong Kong
- 中五學歴和具三年或以上有關工作經驗
- 注意具有良好數值意義的細節
- 良好的溝通和組織能力
- 自我激勵,負責任和獨立
- 熟悉MS Word&Excel和中文文字處理
- 懂得英語和中文
- 具有法律事務所的相關工作經驗
- 熟悉香港的街道
