Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering
  • Provide general administrative support to the Administration Manager and the Company
  • Outdoor works : including delivery of documents, banks and post offices
  • Handle clerical duties including data input and filing
  • Handle ad hoc duties if required
  • 協助採購辦公室用品,如文具等用品訂購
  • 向行政經理和公司提供一般行政支持
  • 戶外工作:如交付文件,銀行和郵局等
  • 處理文書工作,包括數據輸入和歸檔
  • 按要求處理特別任務

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 standard with at least 3 years' experience in handling outdoor duties and internal office set up matters
  • Attention to details with good numerical sense
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Self –motivated, responsible and independent
  • Familiar with MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • With relevant working experience in legal firm
  • Familiar with the streets in Hong Kong
  • 中五學歴和具三年或以上有關工作經驗
  • 注意具有良好數值意義的細節
  • 良好的溝通和組織能力
  • 自我激勵,負責任和獨立
  • 熟悉MS Word&Excel和中文文字處理
  • 懂得英語和中文
  • 具有法律事務所的相關工作經驗
  • 熟悉香港的街道
