Job Description

Job Description:

  • Prepare invoices, track and follow up payments from clients, handle payments to service providers and suppliers for the group companies;
  • Handle human resources and administrative work;
  • Prepare management information reports;
  • Provide operational support to the consulting teams;
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Managing Director
  • Maintain and update company's website;
  • Conduct sanction name checking;
  • Assist in SFC licence applications;
  • Provide assistance on client meetings and company's marketing activities; and
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.  Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Diploma or university graduates preferably from Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines;
  • Proven self-starter with detailed mind and problem solving skills, well-organised and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good interpersonal skills; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
