Job Description:
- Prepare invoices, track and follow up payments from clients, handle payments to service providers and suppliers for the group companies;
- Handle human resources and administrative work;
- Prepare management information reports;
- Provide operational support to the consulting teams;
- Provide secretarial assistance to Managing Director
- Maintain and update company's website;
- Conduct sanction name checking;
- Assist in SFC licence applications;
- Provide assistance on client meetings and company's marketing activities; and
- Assist in ad hoc assignments.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
- Diploma or university graduates preferably from Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines;
- Proven self-starter with detailed mind and problem solving skills, well-organised and strong sense of responsibility;
- Good interpersonal skills; and
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
