JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reception Function
公司日常接待工作及总机来电的接听转接
Perform receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries when necessary.
Office Support Services
处理公司信件,日常办公用品的管理,包括办公用品的采购、领用和盘点
Handle incoming and outgoing mails, parcels and courier documents.
Order stationary, office equipment and sundries items in adequate and timely supplies.
Travel Management
员工机票预定、酒店预定和接送机安排
Flight and accommodation booking for travellers.
Other Site Administrative Support
其他上级安排的日常行政相关工作
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Colleague or equivalent training courses. 大专学历或相关的培训,应届生可以考虑
- 1-2 years of relevant office administrative experience is preferred.
- Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.
- Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solutions-focused working method.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (CET 6 or above).
(Immediate available is an advantage)
