Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Reception Function

公司日常接待工作及总机来电的接听转接

  • Perform receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries when necessary.


Office Support Services

处理公司信件,日常办公用品的管理,包括办公用品的采购、领用和盘点

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, parcels and courier documents.

  • Order stationary, office equipment and sundries items in adequate and timely supplies.


Travel Management

员工机票预定、酒店预定和接送机安排

  • Flight and accommodation booking for travellers.


Other Site Administrative Support

其他上级安排的日常行政相关工作


JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Colleague or equivalent training courses. 大专学历或相关的培训,应届生可以考虑
  • 1-2 years of relevant office administrative experience is preferred.
  • Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.
  • Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solutions-focused working method.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (CET 6 or above).
