Accountabilities to management and staff

Provides proactive and timely support for Country Director, Country Leadership Team, Value and Access Team and other departments through delivery of a variety of business services

Responsibilities

Support for Value and Access dpt:

Processes purchase orders, invoices, conference/seminar registrations
Contract management – contracts with health insurance companies, HCOs and patient origanizations, master service agreements, Fee for Services. Drafting, final revision, communication with the contracting subjects, publishing in contract register, administration of contracts in Amgen internal system.
Travel arrangements and expense reimbursement of VAP Sr Mgr

Meeting Management:

Coordinates internal local meetings (all staff meetings, cycle meetings, engagement meetings, etc.);
Creates and coordinates program, catering, accommodation, arranges travel, organizes meeting rooms and equipment

Support to Country Dir & Country Leadership Team:

General support to Country Director (travel arrangements, calendar, expense reimbursement)
Schedules team meetings, may prepare agendas, meeting minutes; coordinates distribution and follows up on action items
Leads/supports projects of CD and CLT
Processes purchase orders, invoices, conference/seminar registrations, provides contract management

Administrative support in other departments:

Creating vendor accounts for mkt/sales department
Administers consents of HCP related to Disclosure Code
Processes agenda of Educational Assistance of individual employees

Other:

Coordinates preparation and distribution of internal promotional material
Manages the administrative aspects of relationships with outside vendors in respective departments
Processes Public Communication approvals, creates reqs for external webpage maintenance
Arranges for translations of documents

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience in administrative support role
Experience using MS Office tools
Fluency in local language and English

Preferred Requirements

Experience in similar or related disciplinary and/or international environment
Basic knowledge of the function/business area supported such as safety, sales, customer service, etc.
Familiarity with terminology of area supported such as Marketing, Medical, Clinical Research, Logistics etc.
