Responsibilities:
- Data entry and record management
- Review, update and disposal archives records
- Support relocation project
- Provide general administrative support and counter service
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in office administration
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, advance user in Excel will be an advantage
- Good command of written English & Chinese
Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract.
