Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all-round administration functions;
  • Perform general reception duties and handle incoming phone calls;
  • Handle procurement function for office supplies;
  • Manage petty cash record, expense reports and invoice settlement;
  • Arrange mailing and courier services;
  • Organize company events such as annual dinner and staff activities etc.;
  • Manage business travel arrangements; and
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing; and
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
