Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration team in order to provide full supportive services to the organization
• Handle full spectrum of office administration services including facilities management, procurement, office supplies and general affairs
• Management of tendering process from coordination of materials for all tenders, pre-qualifications and supplier presentations to tender reviews and tender award
• Provide support in repairing, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, and vehicles to all service centres / units
• Manage office relocation & renovation works
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in facilities management / business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience at supervisory level or above
• Hands-on office administration, tendering and facilities management experience in sizeable organization or NGO
• Good communication skills and able to lead a team
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administrative Manager
