Job description:

1.Assist the superior to formulate plans for the development of administration, general affairs and safety management;
2.Assist in the review and revision of administrative rules and regulations, organize and manage daily administrative work;
3.Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
4.Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
5.Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
6.Organize and supervise other office activities
7.Assist senior manager in property, internal affairs and safety management, and provide timely and effective administrative services to other departments;
8.Assist in legal affairs of company;
9.Participate in the management and implementation of the company's business affairs;
10.Maintain the office and arrange necessary repairs
11.Responsible for conference arrangements.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications:
Education Background:
◆ College degree or above in administrative or relative majors.
Training Experience:
◆ Proven training in management, public relations, writing, file management, basic knowledge of financial accounting.
Experience:
◆ 2 years working experience in administration.
Skills:
◆ Solid time-management ability;
◆ Excellent in public relations and public relations with the ability to solve emergencies;
◆ Excellent organizational and time management skills
◆ Highly proficient in written and spoken English;
◆ Highly proficient in written and spoken Chinese.
◆ Skillful at office software;
◆ Proficient in operation of office automation equipment.
Attitude:
◆ Careful, and meticulous at work with strong sense of responsibility;
◆ Outstanding in interpersonal communication and coordination with team spirit.
◆ A team player with leadership skills
