任务：

确保在JDE系统上正确实现与库存变动相关的所有流程，并进行必要的库存盘点和审核，确保仓库零部件的库存可靠性和可运输性。

此外，执行移交的不同管理任务。

职能：

• 在系统中包括向供应商发出的订单。

接待;内部运动;工作单上的开支;结束工作订单-检测信息，找出可能影响库存的差异原因。-根据既定计划实现存货的周转。中国装配供应商的新产业实施(智能物流)。

• 登记和控制证明系统内存货变动合理的所有文件。
• 帮助准备报告、演示文稿等。

如果需要，管理其他领域(质量，生产等)的文件。

直接上级：层级：中国轮毂生产经理-职能：工程主管。

资格/培训：不需要。

补充培训：仓库管理培训。高级仓库管理系统用户，ERP。Excel管理。

简介：有组织。具备物流知识。习惯于使用计算机工具。分析、主动和果断。

语言/水平：英语或西班牙语的中高级口语和书面水平。

工作经验：一年以上类似岗位工作经验。

Mission: Ensure the correct realization on the JDE system of the all processes related to stock movements as well as carry out the necessary inventories and audits to guarantee the stock reliability and trazability of the components in the warehouses.

Additionally, perform the different administrative tasks handed over.

Functions :

• Include on the system the orders launched to suppliers.
• Ensure the correct realization on the JDE system of the all processes related to stock movements. In general, the mains one are:

Reception; Internal movements; comsuption in work orders; end the work orders -Detection of information to identify the causes of the discrepancies that can affect to inventory. -Realization of rotating inventories according to established plan.

• Registration and control of all the documentation justifying stock movements in the system.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, etc.
• Manage documents from other areas (Quality, Production, etc.) if required.

Immediate superior : Hierarchical: China Hub Production Manager - Functional: Head Process Engineering.

Qualification/Training : Not required.

Complementary Training : Training in warehouse management. Advanced warehouse management systems user, ERP. Excel management.

Profile : Organized. High knowledge in materials logistics. Accustomed to the use of computer tools. Analytical, active and decisive.

Languages/Level: Intermediate - high spoken and written level of English or Spanish.

Experience : One year in similar position.
