Job Description

 

Job Descriptions:

 

  • In charge of the reception area, handling phone calls and guest greeting in professional manners;
  • Responsible for daily accounting operations including invoicing, payments processing, refund, and data input;
  • Handling membership data processing;
  • Assist supervisor in admin and finance assignments;
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as specified by the management.

Requirements:

 

  • Able to work independently;
  • Self-motivated, responsible and well organized;
  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience;
  • Familiar with implementing financial control and processes;
  • Strong in excel & computer skills required;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
  • Holder of HKID card;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
