Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- In charge of the reception area, handling phone calls and guest greeting in professional manners;
- Responsible for daily accounting operations including invoicing, payments processing, refund, and data input;
- Handling membership data processing;
- Assist supervisor in admin and finance assignments;
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as specified by the management.

Requirements:
- Able to work independently;
- Self-motivated, responsible and well organized;
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience;
- Familiar with implementing financial control and processes;
- Strong in excel & computer skills required;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
- Holder of HKID card;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
