Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine IT Procurement duties and inventory management
  • Provide administrative support to department and maintain accurate stock in and out record
  • Ensure proper resources allocation, reports and document records
  • Handle email and phone calls enquiries

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of ERP System PR / PO / GRN module or Accounting / Warehouse System is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Independent, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
