Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine IT Procurement duties and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to department and maintain accurate stock in and out record
- Ensure proper resources allocation, reports and document records
- Handle email and phone calls enquiries
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of ERP System PR / PO / GRN module or Accounting / Warehouse System is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
