Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of office administration responsibilities to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively
- Provide office administrative support to projects such as procurement, facilities management, agreement renewal and equipment maintenance, etc.
- Responsible for follow-up payment, scheduling & project coordination etc.
- Prepare management reports, meeting agenda/minutes, presentation materials and admin reports
- Co-ordinate with other service providers and other departments regarding administrative duties
- Any ad-hoc assigned duties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above educated
- At least 3-4 yeas’ relevant working experience in administrative functions
- Attention to detail, a mature team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, well-organized, able to work under pressure and independently
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
