Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the HR Manager
  • Handle receptionist duties, meeting arrangements and services
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office
  • Handle the airport permit application and related issues
  • Provide all-round administrative support to the office and shops such as procurement of stationaries and pantry supplies
  • Handle travel, hotel accommodation & logistics arrangements when necessary
  • Provide simple secretarial support to the senior management
  • Support HR operations when required
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience 
  • Detail minded, meticulous and well organised
  • Presentable, flexible and cheerful with service mindset
  • Independent, assertive yet friendly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, proficient in Putonghua is a must
  • Immediately available is preferred
