Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ordering support such as invoicing, payment & follow up work with suppliers
  • Coordinate forwarder for US import shipping arrangement
  • Follow up office administrative procedures including procurement and supplies, office equipment and maintenance, leasing and renewal matters
  • Maintain office tidiness and a systematic filing system for smooth and efficient office operations
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
  • Assist ad hoc projects as assigned


Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, organized and detail oriented, self-motivated
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, spoken Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with common sense and good telephone manner
  • Fresh graduate candidates will also be considered
