Job Description

The Senior Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Perform diverse and complex administrative duties for the GM or Senior Director, requiring a broad range of responsibilities in support of the individuals and their groups.
  • Establish schedules based on department priorities and objectives.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the organization, administrative policies and procedures, and an understanding of the corporate environment.
  • Managing domestic and international travel, calendars, complex meeting scheduling, supplies, reconciliation of organization charts.
  • Onsite support to Global Supply Chain (GSC), Assembly Test Sourcing (ATS), Die Prep Team, and the Assembly Equipment Team employees located in Oregon-Chandler and globally.
  • Be involved in all aspects of creating and maintaining the group SharePoint Online Communication sites.
  • Maintain department office supplies and other purchasing as needed.
  • Work performed within generally defined parameters, operating in an environment where some decision making and critical thinking is required in resolving moderately to more complex problems for the organization.
  • Set up onsite and offsite events, large and small, including department meetings, social functions, quarterly events, team mingles, and more.

  • Support a remote team at a similar level as the onsite team.
  • Self-starter that excels with minimal direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**This role provides flexibility but requires judgment and initiative**


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a High School diploma.

5+ years of experience in:

  • Administrative Support.
  • Use of MS office suite and Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and SharePoint.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
