Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Operations Department and RSG Departments
  • Store administration support and system support, e.g. TTS, PMIS, e-Coin, Due Diligence Portal, GBL etc.
  • Handle incoming/ outgoing mails, internal memo, filing & operations materials distribution to all restaurants
  • Manage diary, meeting schedule, special projects and events management

 

 Professional should:

  • F.6 / above in business or secretarial studies with over 10 years of relate experience.
  • Detail oriented, flexible and presentable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese typing
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese (good written in Chinese)
  • High degree of independent judgment and discretion
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard working
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity
