Job Description

Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to merchandising teams.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily support to merchandising team such as order creation, WIP, shipment report etc.;

2.Conduct production tracking through WIP report and provide timely feedbacks to Merchandising team for any issues arise so that they can follow up with related vendors to ensure on time delivery and high qulaity of products.

3. Maintain and keep the filing records systematically for the reference of departmental associates.

4. Follow up with vendors on samples submissions, samples testing and samples report through internal distribution.

5. Ensure timely and accurate data input to the system.

6. Support ad hoc assignments if necessary.


Job Requirements:

1. Related working experience is a plus;

2. Well versed with computer skills i.e. MS Word & Excel;

3. Good command of written English.
