Job Description

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist in setting up, operating and maintaining the laboratories on the Three Runway System (“3RS”) site in relation to telecommunication systems, security system, attendance system, supplies etc.
  • To supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Be responsible for purchasing supplies, equipment and services includes issuance of Purchase Order to supplier/contractor/vendor; price negotiation, order placing, delivery and product quality
  • To plan, organise and supervise property maintenance and repairs with suitable contractors.
  • Be responsible for arranging company vehicle repair and maintenance, renewal of licence and insurance.
  • Liaise with related parties for leasing arrangements and property management.
  • Assist in other administration and procurement ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 Requirements/Qualification 

  • Diploma or above in Business Management study is preferred
  • Minimum 3 year’s related working experience
  • Mature, fast learner, be able to work independently
  • Be a good team player, responsible, self-motivated and ability to perform multi-tasks
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel

 Working Days 

  •  Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
