IT is seeking an organized and action-oriented individual to provide professional administrative support for the IT/ Enterprise Operations Department. This role requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Managing demanding calendars which are complex and frequently changing with multiple stakeholders.
- Work with all levels of the organization and collaborate across business units.
- Proper handling of highly confidential and critical information is expected and delivering high quality results under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Booking complex domestic/international travel, managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters and managing expenses.
- Quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supports office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, food orders, onsite needs).
- Assists in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc.
- Works professionally with other admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs.
- Analyzing and solving complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Deal effectively with all levels of management, individual contributors, and admin at all levels of the company.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum
- 3+ years of experience in Administrative Support at corporate or multinational environments including:
- Project management or office management.
- Using enterprise software systems for purchasing, expense accounting, trouble ticketing, etc.
- 2+ years working with Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced English level.
Preferred
- Bilingual Secretary Degree.
Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
