Job Description
What to do?
- Perform clerical and administrative works
- Assist in HR duties including payroll, attendance record, day off & annual record etc
- Handle accounting data entry, invoice & payment
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Who we're looking for?
- English proficient
- Ability to thrive in a fst-paced startup environment
- F.5/ DSE or above with LCCI Intermediate level
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Willing to learn, honest and can-do attitude
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible
- Competency in MS Office (Proficient in MS Excel, database and accounting software)
