Job Description:
- Prepare daily reconciliation of accounting transactions and accounting balances; prepare payment vouchers and arrange settlements
- Assist in handling full set of accounts, financial accounting closing
- Assist in handling audit assignment
- Assist in communicating with customers and suppliers for the need and document required
- Assist in preparing bank documents and filing
- Assist ad hoc assignment and perform any other duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or above
- At least 1 year accounting experience
- Well organized, hardworking and professionalism
- Able to work under pressure and meeting with deadlines
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Hand on experience in MYOB accounting system is an advantage but not a must
