Job Description
Responsibility:
-
Perform office administrative functions including records keeping, filing, data processing, etc
-
Handle various book-keeping duties, including issuing cheques, bills settlement, handling petty cash, etc
-
Assist in review, formulation and implementation of company policies and procedures
-
Conduct effective sourcing, evaluation and negotiation, as well as manage supplier performance
-
Orders placing, related documents preparation and shipping arrangement
-
Responsible for stock management
-
Provide clerical support to other departments
-
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3-5 years office administrative experience gained in sizable companies
- Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications: including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Mature, strong inter-personal and communication skills, good team player, independent, self-starter, willing to take challenges and high level of can-do attitudes
- Able to respond appropriately to urgent issues, well-organised, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in trading and beauty industry will be an advantage
