- Extract data from system
- Mail merge members’ data into standard templates and proofread
- Handle emails accordingly
- Support ad hoc assignments provided by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- As a good team player to work in cooperative manner
- With good service mindset and willing to learn
- With good time management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Excel and Word
