Job Description:

  • Extract data from system
  • Mail merge members’ data into standard templates and proofread
  • Handle emails accordingly
  • Support ad hoc assignments provided by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • As a good team player to work in cooperative manner
  • With good service mindset and willing to learn
  • With good time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Excel and Word
