Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Support logistics department on daily operation and delivery coordination, including logistics scheduling
- Respond to the customers in timely manner once receiving enquiries through telephone/ email
- Perform orders from customers
- Responsible for job coordination among office, warehouse and clients
- Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required
Job requirements
- Holder of HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics admin or customer services is highly preferred
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing, MS Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Customer focused, proactive, out-going with the ability to work under pressure
- Immediately available is highly preferred
