Job Description:

1. welcome visitors to the office

来访客人的接待工作

2. operate the telephone switch-board and renew the phone list (both SH and GZ)

负责公司电话总机接听和更新公司通讯录(上海和广州)

3. sort and distribute incoming mail and express

收发公司信件和快递

4. manage office supplies (both SH and GZ)

日常办公用品和日用品的管理(上海和广州)

5. manage access card and attendance system

管理公司门禁卡和考勤系统

6. manage name card and printed matters (both SH and GZ)

名片和印刷品管理(上海和广州)

7. Any other matters relating to Admin if required by admin manager

由行政经理安排的其它与行政相关的工作


Requirements:

1. College degree

2. Education covering basic administration

3. Good command of the English language (spoken & written)

4. Familiar with the main other used computer programmes within the organisation

5. Very good telephone manners

6. Computer literate
