Job Description
Provide secretarial, administrative, and operational support to the overall organization in CTC, including but not limited to, transportation service, purchasing of office supplies, business travel arrangement and team activities organization.

Be in charge of stationery management; appointment of expenses and provide monthly stationery cost report to finance;

Be in charge of booking business travel requirements (competitive pricing) and monitor against budget.

Be in charge of coordinating company car and shuttle bus leasing/renew, continues improve service level; Manage company car booking and using system, coordinate company driver’s daily itinerary;

Ensures compliance with all BorgWarner policies relating to business practices and regulatory requirements.

Complete “special” assignment as required.

Contribute to team work and continuous improvement activities.
