Head of Careers and Future (Admission Consultancy) Job Description:
1. Location: Shenzhen city (coastal), Guangdong Province, China.
2. Contract Term: two academic years, Mar. 2026- Mar.2028.
3. Working Days: work on Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekends.
4. Working hours: 40 hours a week.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1.Salary: CNY25,000 - CNY35,000 monthly. 12 months pay a year.
2.Accommodation: housing allowance of CNY8,000 monthly or above.
3.Meals: free working meals.
4.Vacation: summer vacation and winter vacation, full paid.
5. Holidays: full paid 13 days Chinese public holidays a year.
6. Airfare Allowance: round trip air ticket reimbursement a year.
7. Children Tuition: two children, free.

Responsibilities:
1.Lead and manage the school’s UCAS strategy and application process, including references and submissions.
2.Provide individual and group guidance to students and parents on course selection, university choices, and personal statements.
3.Conduct mock interviews for competitive programmes (e.g., Oxbridge, Medicine, Law) .
4.Build and maintain relationships with UK universities and coordinate visits, fairs, and outreach events.
5.Represent the school at Open House events, delivering compelling presentations to parents.

Requirements:
1.Native English level.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above, related majors.
3.Strong knowledge of the UCAS system and UK university admissions.
4.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional networks.
