Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. To lead school marketing with a clear and executable plan to outreach to prospective parents, raising market awareness, providing a smooth customer journey, and conversion to actual enrollment.

2. Manage major areas of the admissions process with timeliness and professionalism, in a results-oriented manner. Areas include leading key admissions responsibilities such as handling inquiries, information sessions, open house, admissions reports and analysis etc. In addition support the school team with school tours, applications, interview and tests, offers and acceptance, documentation, payment tracking, data collection etc, in a teamwork fashion to convert to actual enrollment.

3. Must be a good listener and demonstrate attention to detail, to understand parents’ needs and concerns, to think in their shoes, and to provide helpful service to engage with our parent community.

4. Drive and monitor student and programme enrolment to ensure forecasted goals are met.

5. Develop Sales Enablement Kits to empower front-line staff to respond effectively to parents seeking course information.

6. Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team to identify and develop outreach and go-to-market initiatives.

7. Develop reporting frameworks to track performance and ensure timely reporting.

8. Work in collaboration with the Curriculum Design and Marketing teams to facilitate new programme rollouts.

9. Create excitement around the School, its programmes, and initiatives.

10. Communicate with parents to seek feedback and discuss students’ progress.

Requirements:

1. Requires at least 3+ years of of relevant experience in marketing and/or admissions, in schools or education sector.

2. Excellent communication skills with very high command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is a must, Cantonese is a plus.

3. A dynamic team player with integrity and strong interpersonal skills and good listening skill; customer service oriented, analytical and organized.

4. Passionate about education and compassionate to parents, children and our community. 

5. All the prospective employees will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) and to provide the documents.
