Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Admission Management
- Welcome prospective parents and students to the College
- Conduct informative College tours for prospective parents and students providing information on admission standards, academic
- Manage student enrollment, (preparing packages) and follow-up (coordinating invoices, uniforms, bussing, advising academic staff, etc.)
Data Management
- Manage data entry of student information in College database (SIMS)
- Create student files and manage record keeping
- Support the admissions process from accepting applications, organising assessments, managing waiting lists, confirming enrollment, etc.
- Track data for various reports for internal and external uses.
General Support
- Assist other Dulwich College schools in arranging entrance tests & exchanging information related to transfer students
- Proctor entrance assessment for applicants within guidelines
- Assist in orientation sessions for new and transferred parents and students
- Liaise with other school departments to ensure relevant paperwork is completed for potential/new students
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the admissions department with teamwork and good communication in mind
- Participate in and/or coordinate activities on special projects as assigned by the Director of Admissions and Marketing
- To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the College (including emergency Bus Monitor cover duty where required)

Requirement
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, record keeping, and process
- Strong interpersonal skills: flexible, creative, empathetic, friendly
- Ability to communicate enthusiastically and warmly with students, parents, staff, and the general public
