Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Admissions Manager

  • Produce monthly student enrollment reports along with inquiry and applicant analytics for the Senior Management Team and Development Team

  • Produce admission reports to help drive our marketing strategy in terms of the sale of corporate debentures and increasing student enrollment

  • Prepare reports for any data collection for WASC, EDB reports or anything of the like that require information on student enrollment

  • Maintain and manage admissions information on website along with the Orientation Dock and the THS Dock Parent site

  • Point of contact for relocation agents as well as handling admission inquiries (online, phone, in person)

  • Process student applications from start to time of enrollment or withdrawal

  • Arrange and execute school tours along with appropriate follow up

  • Represents the school at festivals to promote THS and gain student enrollment

  • Working with the development team to plan and execute booths at school festivals

  • Process debenture applications as well as the point of contact for debenture related questions

  • Maintains general knowledge of school activities, programs and requirements.

  • Conduct prospective and new parent surveys

  • Works closely with the finance manager and development director regarding the process of sale and resale of a debenture

 

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Communication with 2+ years of experience in Business/Communication

  • International school experience is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage tasks

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • A high degree of computer literacy (Apple and Microsoft Office)
