Admissions

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Dealing with general admissions enquiries (on the phone, email , school tours, drop-in visitors etc)

• Manage admissions process from accepting applications, organising assessments; managing waiting lists, confirming enrolment etc

• Student enrolment follow-up

• Manage student files and database

  
  

  Marketing

• Take responsibility for the branding and the outward image of the school

• Celebrate news of the school’s activities locally, regionally and internationally in a wide range of targeted media

• Represent the school in the wider community, presenting as required

• Oversee the maintenance of an image library and full archive of all school news and media

• Ensure a range of quality, public documents to support enrolment and recruitment

  
  

  Skills/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

• Minimum 8 year’s working experience (office administration) in an international school/company environment

• Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge and understanding of marketing and pubic relations

• Ability to build relationships with other team members

• Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
