Job Recruitment: Native English Teacher (Adult Training, Suzhou)

Position: Foreign English Teacher (Adult Education)

Salary Range: RMB 22,000 – 26,000 per month (negotiable based on experience & qualification)
Candidate Requirement: Native English speaker, female foreign teacher preferred

Working Schedule & Working Hours

- Standard 5 working days per week
- Regular weekends off & legal Chinese public holidays off
- Fixed weekly workload: around 28 teaching periods + 12 hours office duty per week
- Stable working schedule with clear workload arrangement

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality English courses for adult students in Suzhou training center, create relaxed and practical English learning scenarios focused on daily communication and workplace English.
2. Conduct classroom teaching strictly following the center’s curriculum standards, ensure standardized, lively and interactive teaching atmosphere suitable for adult learning characteristics.
3. Complete required weekly teaching hours and office working hours on time, cooperate with administrative arrangements and daily center management.
4. Track adult students’ learning effects, adjust teaching methods appropriately, and maintain positive teacher-student interaction.
5. Participate in regular teacher training, teaching preparation and routine academic arrangements organized by the institution.

Job Requirements

1. Native English speaker (female only) with authentic pronunciation and fluent oral English.
2. Outgoing, patient and professional, passionate about adult English teaching.
3. Able to adapt to fixed weekly teaching workload and office duty arrangements.
4. Responsible, reliable, able to follow institutional rules and cooperate with team work.
5. No bad records, abide by Chinese laws and institutional regulations.
