Tasks

Request management according to the approach aligned with IT budget plan.

• Focus on the Material & Information harmonization, lead and steer the project through inbound, line supply and serve logistics quality from system and process perspective.
• Steering the overall IT project status and reporting IT project progress to project and line function.
• Ensure the IT requirements raised in quality, on schedule, with proper prioritization, support the requirements to corresponding circle (BoM/PSC/CCB) for approval.

Play as the process integrator/lead project management and professionally support business to recognize the business case and achieve the target.

• Coordination and monitoring of IT project budget, time and resource planning for each IT project phase according to ITPM or Agile methodology during implementation;
• Translation from business requirements into IT business proposal, leading business proposal;
• Delivery management, incl. testing, training, DTO and go-live preparation.
• To ensure the proper implementation of material supply from the different vendors to BBA line side which includes supply chain planning, warehousing and line supply planning.
• Alignment/communication with business partners by project milestone.

Qualifications

• University degree or above
• Knowledge of MS office software which includes Visio and Project
• Knowledge of production planning and material planning processes
• Proficiency with SAP knowledge on MM & PP module
• Structured thinking and analytic exposure with complex system
• Skills with supply chain management and Material Planning
• Skills with material flow planning and warehouse planning
• Proficient English, German would be an advantage
• Professional IT-project management
• Strong communication skills
• Background in automotive logistics
• Experience with logistics process & capacity planning
• Several years’ experience in SAP working environment
