Advanced Specialist MTNC planning
Corporate Division: Paint Sho Tiexi
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment - full time
Tasks
Development, implementation and support of production line. Continuously improvement for equipment, production line optimization, improve equipment availability.
Responsible for the conveyor maintenance planning, preventive maintenance planning, spare part planning, budget planning, Warehouse planning and training planning.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Conveyor system spare parts consumption and budget management; weekly report for the spare parts consumption
Responsible for supplier PM working, including arrangement and feedback and cooperate with MTNC colleagues
Responsible whole paint shop IPS_L trouble shooting and commissioning; cooperate production to optimize the system and create internal order
Responsible for CBS&HBW spare part management, including budget and GR and consumption summary
Responsible for organizing some internal technical training, like SEW and L7special training for MTNC and production
Responsible for CBS/CSS logic control, and support production control team to meet the production demand
Mainly support CBS&HBW&MOB trouble shooting, and related modification
Responsible for steering SAP system, including update new demand modification in SAP PM model and WMS new spare parts part creation
Support IT and production control to solve problem and optimize system
Training for MTNC electrical technology and software technology
Support made standard document and process for MTNC and supplier
Qualifications
Technical education in chemical, mechanical and/or electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge gathered within 3+ years of work experience
Knowledge of automation & control theory and Mechatronics;
Experience with Siemens equipment (PLC, electrical parts) is of advantage;
Experience of maintenance work in manufacture industrial 4-6 Years
Experience of SIEMENS PLC programming or trouble shooting 4-6 Years
